These terms set out how we work together to bring your bespoke Peru journey to life.
Who we are
Perú Crafted Experiences Ltd is registered in England & Wales (company no. 17362845) and designs and arranges bespoke travel to Peru. Our registered office address is available on request and will be confirmed with your booking.
Enquiries & quotations
Every itinerary is prepared individually. Prices are confirmed in writing and hold for the period stated in your proposal, subject to the availability of hotels, experiences and flights at the time of booking.
Bookings & payments
A deposit secures your journey, with the balance due before travel as set out in your booking confirmation. Payment terms and schedules are detailed at the point of booking.
Financial protection
Where your booking is a package within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, your money is protected in the event of our insolvency. The protection that applies to your booking — for example an ATOL, membership of a trade association, a trust account or insolvency insurance — is confirmed in writing with your booking.
Changes & cancellations
Plans can change. We will always do our utmost to accommodate amendments; any supplier charges that apply will be shared transparently before we proceed.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of travelling with us. We recommend arranging cover as soon as your journey is confirmed.
Complaints
If something isn’t right, please tell us as soon as possible — during your trip where you can — so that we have the chance to put it right. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by email via our contact page, and we will acknowledge your concern promptly.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
